Web Development and Database Connectivity Services

• Website Development including HTML, DHTML, JavaScript and XML programming, utilization of server-side technologies such as Perl, Java, and ColdFusion. Development of cascading style sheets, forms, hyperlinks and downloadable files; ongoing browser sensitivity analysis and Section 508 compliance assurance.

• Database Connectivity including the design and development of relational databases in Database Management Systems such as Oracle and MS Access. Development of web-based, user-friendly interfaces for connecting to, viewing, and updating data dynamically.

 

Web-Compatible Graphics and Multimedia Design

• Web-Compatible Graphic Design including the development and manipulation of JPEG, GIF, and other web images file types using Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Paint, and JASC Paint Shop Pro.

• Multimedia Design including the design and development of audio-enriched webpages, animations and images using Macromedia Flash and Adobe Photoshop.

 

Website Management Services

• Analysis and Reporting including analysis of download speeds, user experience, browser sensitivity, and compliance assurance.

• Ongoing Maintenance and Operational Support including design enhancements, installation, testing, troubleshooting, and user training.

• Configuration Management Implementation including site testing, disk space optimization, archival maintenance and server backup management.

• Created and maintained over 7,000 DOD web pages since inception.

• Managed web-accessible DOD Data Architecture and C2 Core Data Architecture data models.
